​We may collect personal information directly from you, for example, during registration, while making an appointment, while setting up an account with us, when you contact us for customer support, at checkout, or during a phone call.

By initiating SMS communication, you agree to receive SMS and phone calls from Millennium Cleaning Co.


At any time, you can reply “STOP” to stop receiving messages and “HELP” for assistance or to receive further support from us regarding the message program.


Message frequency may vary, and data or message rates may apply.


Millennium Cleaning Co. uses the information collected for the following purposes:
   •    To process bookings and payments
   •    To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
   •    To send updates, confirmations, and relevant service information

Our Cleaning Process & Policies:

  1. Our cleaning teams consist of two or three experienced professionals, occasionally with an additional team member for larger spaces. Each team is thoroughly trained and briefed on your specific cleaning preferences and requirements, ensuring your home is cleaned to your exact standards. They are prepared to meet all your cleaning needs!
     

  2. For your convenience, we provide vacuums and mops. You can provide your own cleaning products, or we can supply them for an additional $10 fee.
     

  3. We'll give you a heads-up about our arrival window. If you need a more exact time, just let us know, and we'll call or text you.
     

  4. If any changes are needed the preferable way is through text messages so this way the information is saved and it’s easily retrieved avoiding any misunderstanding.
     

  5. If we arrive for your scheduled cleaning and are unable to access your home, we will charge the full price for the service.
     

  6. Cancelation Policy: By providing 24 hours' notice for cancellations, you help us ensure our cleaning team can plan their day efficiently. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee to cover their scheduled work.
     

  7. We accept cash or check. Please leave your payment on the kitchen counter for our team to collect.
     

  8. Want to pay with Zelle or Venmo? No problem! Just send your payment to (321) 217-8436.
     

  9. If you need an invoice please request it, it will be sent to you on a monthly basis or as needed.
     

  10. If your home has a security system, please inform us how you want to handle it.
     

  11. The services that we are going to provide will be discussed at the moment of the quote. If you need any additional service(s), please send us a request in advance.
     

  12. To avoid any miscommunication, please contact us directly with any questions and/or requests. As the crew could easily forget to pass along any information.
